Advanced Semiconductor Technology (AST) was established in 1986 as the first independent Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) Design Center in Israel. AST is a privately held Israeli Corporation, with affiliates in San Diego, California and in Le Vaud, Switzerland.

AST operates as a fabless semiconductor company and provides ASIC design and production services. AST is the exclusive representative and distributor for some of the world’s leading manufacturers of ASIC, ASSP, EDA software and IP.
