SRAM Memory
NEC Electronics' SRAM lineup features both low-power-consumption and high-speed-access products with various capacities to match the requirements of the market. The high-speed-access product family includes 6 different types corresponding to various interfaces on the memory controller side.

Mobile Specific Memory
This memory is functionally compatible with low power SRAM but employs DRAM memory cells to enable a capacity much higher than could be achieved with conventional SRAM. A small-size FBGA package and wide operating temperature range make this memory particularly well suited to mobile applications.

Flash Memory 32Mb/64Mb
A NOR-type flash memory that features a dual-operation configuration whereby the address of one bank can be read while the address of another bank is being written. This flash memory can be used in a diverse range of applications including cellular phones.

Mask ROM
Mask ROM can be produced at a much lower cost than flash memory and other non-volatile memories, and is therefore widely used in applications requiring the storage of fixed data that is not written on the system. The mask ROM products from NEC Electronics include products that employ the same interface (read compatible) as SDRAM and flash memory (NAND type and NOR type), and can be used in an extensive range of applications.
