Monitor licenses

Software licenses consume a large part of the budget of any design organization. Visibility and accountability of the license utilization are necessary to optimize the ROI for such expense.

LicenseMonitor, derived from RTDA's 10-year experience in managing complex workloads, offers an easy yet rich interface that gives designers and managers full access to license usage information:

  • current users;
  • historical utilization and trends;

  • accounting by users, groups, features

LicenseMonitor can track software license utilization from many sources, including FLEXlm, RLM, LUM, and is open for integration with other sources as well.

Besides licenses, LicenseMonitor can monitor:

  • farm machines: load, memory, speed, uptime
  • disk usage: total and free disk space on all filesystems in the network
  • processes on all the monitored machines in the network
